How does your PRO plan work?
Our PRO Plan is our most popular affordable plan at ~ 1000 THB (around $30 USD) and offers great value. It allows you to directly contact service providers, post jobs, use our AI matching and personality matching all valid for 1 month.
How does your PREMIUM plan work?
Our PREMIUM Plan is our BEST DEAL plan at ~ 3000 THB (around $100 USD) and offers amazing value. It allows you to directly contact service providers, post jobs, use our AI matching and personality matching plus create care checklists and customer and caregiver agreements all valid for 12 months. This plan is great for families.
How does your VIP plan work?
Our VIP plan features plus a personal assistant to support you with the hiring process and up to 2 caregiver replacements in 3 months if needed. (~9,000 THB ~$290 USD). Only valid on certain services.
Customers subscribed to the VIP Plan are entitled to up to 2 caregiver replacements within 3 months, whichever limit is reached first. A maximum of 5 replacement profiles to review and 2 free interviews are included. Please see our terms of use for additional legal terms and conditions.

What is FamBear SHOP?

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments must be made through the platform using approved methods, which vary by market and service. Options may include credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, cash, subscriptions, and more. All payments are non-refundable and no warranty or guaranteed is offered or implied.
When is payment due?
Payments are due 72 hours in advance to confirm your booking or before using the service to contacting service providers. If you paid FamBear directly for on-demand services and the caregiver doesn't show, we will find you a replacement or we'll refund the unused portion paid directly to us. Our team is here to help!
Are the caregivers/service providers your employees?
FamBear does not employ or directly manage any caregiver, specialist, or user of the site. Accordingly, FamBear is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or omissions of any user who interact through the Platform or any method of communication. FamBear provides the Platform "as-is" and disclaims all warranties. No warranties or guarantees are offered or implied.

What are your operating hours?
